Join Inland Empire NAVHDA for a dog first aid seminar designed to address common accidents and injuries encountered while hunting with your dog in the field. All handlers are welcome! You do not need to be a member of NAVHDA to join us.
Having the right knowledge on how to respond to typical injuries and illnesses can truly make a difference between life and death.
We invite you to this free seminar led by board-certified veterinarian Dr. Jose Gonzalez, who will cover:
- Trauma
- Heat Stroke
- Hypoglycemia
- Foreign Bodies
- Snake Bites
- What to pack in a first aid kit
- And more!
Seminar will take place on Sunday, October 27th at 8am at Prado Recreational Dog park.
While this seminar is free, please note, there is a $15 cash only fee to enter the training grounds.
An email will be sent prior to the event with further details on what to bring.
One "ticket" is good for you and one guest. Due to the nature of the presentation, extremely graphic images will be shown of injuries, and will not be suitable for young eyes.
