TEST REFUND POLICY

Test entries will be taken on a first come first serve basis and requires full
payment of the test fee and a valid NAVHDA dog registration number with
your entry. Upon cancellation of a test entry, full refund less a $25 handling
charge will be given up until 60 days prior to the test start date. No refunds
will be given within 60 days of the test start date unless your slot is refilled
by a waiting list member. In the event of an injury or illness to either the
handler or dog before the test, a full refund less a $25 handling charge will
be given provided proof is submitted within 10 days from the test start date
in writing from a doctor or veterinarian. The Inland Empire Chapter would
like to thank you in advance for your understanding of this policy.
